Gwen's Story
Gwen's journey with wool began after a career in health care, driven by a deep love for creating with her hands and communicating through fiber. Mostly self-taught and continuously learning, Gwen has honed her skills through courses and years of dedicated practice. Her work celebrates the beauty of everyday life, with each piece telling a unique story about the beauty of daily life, life changes, beliefs, hopes, and people.
My Creations

Every item at Gwen Dixon Wool Arts is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, crafted with meditation and reflection. We use only the finest quality wool fibers, often enhanced with silk and cotton, to create detailed and beautiful pieces that stand the test of time. Our commitment to quality extends to our custom-made pine frames, locally crafted by a neighbor, ensuring that each piece is not just art, but a testament to community collaboration.
